It all goes in cycles but the metroplex showed up big this weekend. Congrats!

Metroplex football is king of the state. O.K. we have the highest population but sometimes that spilts up schools. Look what happened to Marcus when Flower Mound opened. To Lewisville when Hebron opened, etc...Good luck to Southlake Carroll and Hebron next week, they both have an excellent chance!

If Hebron can win this week, they would become the 3rd LISD high school to win a state title in the last 10 years, not bad considering we have 5 high schools in the district. Hebrons head coach, Brian Brazil was the mind behind the defenses for Lewisville during their 2 state titles. Dane Johnson the best player to ever come out of SLC is the secondary coach at Hebron. Hopefully the Hawks can bring home a state title. They are a very very good ball club. I think they would give HP everything they could handle this year. Also best of luck to Carroll.
