The forum tonight feels like an old west town just before the shoot-out.:eek:

I think it is more of a case of having only 6 teams left. (less fan's care because their team's are gone) and people get burned out on discussing every little single detail of every damn nano second of each game. It is to the point where everybody is like hey, just let them play and shutup. Let's talk about it tommorrow. Every possible thing has been said about these games and now it is time to just let them go at it. Plus, it is big boy time now and only the known recent and historic powerhouse team's are left so we are all like been there done that let's get it on.

I heard today that the games already been decided.The big money betters have given Lufkin 30 points.The refs would have to go flag happy for SLC to beat Lufkin by 30+.:eek:

Hot off the press.....Word just came in that Outlaw decided to move the game to Texas Stadium. He said that after hearing all of the whining by Highland Park fans about playing in Tyler, he realized that the SLC fans can't hold a candle to the HP whiners, and he took pitty on us. Thanks anyway coach and for thinking of us, but we're loaded up and on our way in the AM.

There may only ne half as many as usual, but we will be yelling twice as load.
Weatherman says great day in store. I hope I can sleep tonight.
Travel safe everyone -SLC and LP alike. I love these games!

i am so excited i can hardly stand it!!! this may be the biggest game i have ever been to, including the 2001 state championship game!!!!!

Well, the band leaves in 1 hr, so I guess I'll see you guys out there at about 11:30 or so.
For anyone interested, when we spell out "DRAGONS", I'm in the top left of the "N" playing cymbals. (Bottom right for you pack-ers) :) Very last cymbal player in the line. That way, you can come back tonight when we're all talking about the game and say, "Hey DBand06, I saw you at the game!" ;)

I am solid green this morning. Not because I am rooting for Southlake (sorry SLC fans), but because I am absolutely eaten up with envy that you guys can go to the game. It would take me almost 24 hours of driving to get there, and since I had to work yesterday and have to be in Cleveland Sunday afternoon, there is no way for that to happen.

Can't wait to listen to the game on the internet though. Hope the connection is working! I don't want to miss one second of the game.

Drive safely, and remember: do your celebrating any time other than when you are behind the wheel. That is when mistakes are made. We don't need any more tragedies to befall these two wonderful teams.

I'll be there in spirit. PANTHER spirit!

PS Can't wait to get a tape of this game. The people in Ohio are sick of hearing me talk about how awesome Texas football is. I gotta show them!
