My hats off to Chris for a great senior season. This is a huge honor for him. He is the second Madison player to be selected(Anthony Arline,2002, did not play due to injury). Good luck to Chris in the future, and also good luck to Cody Beyer. I am sure you will represent SA well guys!!!

Hey, at least some of Madison and SV get to experience some good coaching at the high school level!:p ;)

Congrats to 26-5A for having 2 players in the game out of 78 players nationwide!:D

It says Cody Beyer and Michael Goodson are on the East team but every other kid from Texas is on the West team I wonder if thats a mistake or it really is true I always thought everyone from Texas was on the west team. I know Clint Haney from SV was on the west squad with Vince Young.

I didn't see the announcement for Caflisch, but I see they still have James Henry listed from Clemens. I bet Caflisch is replacing him.

When you have a high school game on national TV and 30K in attendance, it's a big deal to play in the game. They always make sure a local guy gets to play, but the top players in the country are in that game. I like how they announce their college choice during the game.

I got in free last year because I was wearing a Judson t-shirt and a guy at the Converse post office had a couple tickets he wasn't going to use. I was headed straight to the game to buy tickets if I hadn't seen him!:D

Chancy Campbell and Mark Koalenz, Jr. have played for Judson.

Clint Haney and Cody Beyer have played for Smithson Valley.

We've got 2 Madison players now.

James Henry is a former member of 26-5A and he was selected.

Jerrell Wilkerson from Clark played last year.

I counted 45 for the East and 37 for the West. To get 41 on each side, put those 2 Texas boys on the West and bring over the 2 guys from Illinois or the 2 from Minnesota and Wisconsin (probable).

That would mean all the West guys are from states west of the Mississippi River except the Wisconsin guy. For the smart alecks out there, Destrehan is on the East Bank in metro New Orleans, but the Lousyanna kids always play for the West!:D
