Named Humble's Jerrod Johnson top offensive player. I saw him play one game against La Porte and can only say that he made the LP defense look like the Chicago Bears. He threw 6 int's and it could have been worse. I would have thought there were better options.

From reading the threads on this board one would have thought Beasley (Westfield) was a lock.

Beasley (efficient run-pass dual threat and natural leader, Westfield) and Andy Dalton of Katy (40 TD passes to 10 INTs, still going) had strong arguments for the award. However, Johnson is a pretty good player in my opinion.
