something to prove to the NFL scouts?????

Harrell. From what I have read, he really struggled this week. He came in bigger than I expected (6'2 217), but he had a lot of problems with fumbling snaps from under center and his arm was a big disappointment. I think it was Todd McShay that was saying Harrell can make all the throws, but he has no zip at all. IMO, he has the most to prove.
From what I understand, Bomar has been far and away the best QB in Mobile which probably speaks to just how horrid this group of senior QBs is.

He has put on a lot of weight. He supposedly played his junior season in the 180s.

I've watched 2 series tonight, and holy hell Mr Potts is going to be different to watch next season. Harrell's throws look like they're coming out of the water hose after you turn the faucet off...

If Harrell had any zip on the ball would Crabtree would have caught that pass to beat Texas?

Harrell throws like my little sister... Bomar didn't fair to bad... but he likes to take off and run too much... JPW is looking good so far... he's had some bad throws but he looks better than those 2...Pat White is small...
This just in... Herman Johnson was 15lbs when he was born... the biggest baby ever born in the State of Louisiana...

He does have a cannon. Used tyo have some trouble with his touch passes, but he could throw a football through a brick wall. It will be interesting to see what Leach's offense looks like with a QB who throws harder than a Tim Wakefield knuckleball.

Pat White measured just 6'0 190 and looked terrible working out at QB during Senior Bowl practices, but he refused to take even one snap at WR or returner. Somebody has convinced White he can be an NFL QB and it's going to cost him a lot come draft time.

strong enough to throw a 23 yard out route when the game's on the line...
but yeah, tonight, he looked terrible.
I'd be disappointed if you horns lovers didn't take one more chance to beat on Harrell...;)

It's not beating on him to state the facts. Everyone could remain silent and that would not change the fact that he couldn't throw a football through tissue paper.

it wouldn't change the fact that that Graham Harrell personally ripped Horns Nation's heart out this season. That's a very beautiful thing that will never change, nor will Hornsfan's ability to be quiet about anything that doesn't go their way. It makes it even juicier that a dude that sucks so badly() personally stuck the dagger in UT's season.

Nobody said he sucked as a college QB. We're just stating the obvious... he sucks as an NFL prospect. Leave it to the paranoid, delusional tards to try desperately to rationalize a late-season choke of epic proportions by pointing to one game. No, nothing aggy about that. I can't wait to see the Techlahomaggy rings with "39-33" engraved on the side.

Yeah, it's obvious in the vote. I agree that Harrell has something to prove, but look who was in the vote:
Bomar, who might not have the head to be an NFL QB.
White, who people say needs to play WR.
Wilson, who nobody has said is that great of a QB.
Harper, who was a massive fail at leading talent-laden Clemson to wins.
Some guy I don't know about.
To me, Harrell had the least to prove and he has to answer the system question himself.

Pretty mediocre bunch of QB's in that Senoir Bowl...Not sure where any of those guys will be drafted...Harrell should have seperated himself from that pack...

If a senior QB goes higher than the 5th round, some GM needs to be fired. The only one with any actual NFL talent is Bomar and he's a basketcase who is likely to be a poor man's Ryan Leaf. I actually think John Parker Wilson is the best prospect of them all and a more condemning statement I could not make. Wilson for the most part protects the ball and I saw none of that from any of the other QBs. On the right team, Wilson could maybe be molded into a Jake Delhomme type QB. The kind of QB who will probably never win a game for you, but he wont give too many away either.

defense's always have the upper hand in these types of games...offense's usually have trouble with their timing especially between qb/wr's. usually leads to less than spectacular stats.
btw, didn't pat white win mvp? not saying the guy can be an nfl qb but he couldn't have been that bad...

I think White was in for 2 TD drives and he threw 1 TD, but he also completed less than half his passes and only had like 60 yards passing and around 35 running. I agree the D has the advantage.
