Alright allow me to clear it up for all of ya'll.I've seen film on Judson and i have to admit that they are fast.But, speed by itself isnt going to cut it. To beat these guys you must do the undoable as did S.G.P. and catch the TROJANS offguard and just keep taking it to them.If you take one play off i promise you, you will regret it.They have a high powered run offense and they keep coming.Play after play after play after play they'll just keep hammering. All you can really do is strap on and enjoy the ride.......and if your still goin to doubt them i geuss you guys will just have to wait until saturday.Oh yeah,and whats up with all the talking about Judsons Smashmouth defense??? Where were they during the season? TRINITY will WIN hands down...............

Westfield said the same thing. Actually Judson would have had a better chance to beat ET then Westfield. Never underestimate tradition and JROCK pride. I had a feeling they would upset those cocky westfield mustangs.

I can buy into the 7 point differential with Euless Trinity on top. I am not sure that ET can score 28 against that tough D of Coju and I am equally not sure that the "scares absolutely nobody" O of Coju can score 21 points against Trinity. I am thinking a surprisingly low scoring 21-13 game with ET avenging the loss of 1992. ;)

Trinity has an excellent pair of RB's and their LB's are better than Westfields. Line is huge and nose tackle is awesome with great lateral speed and pursuit. They do a great job of filling the gaps and making backside plays. I thought AMC should have scored more especially since they were in the red zone 5-6 times throughout the game. ET's defense bent, but didn't break, along with some questionable play calling by AMC in the red zone.

Yeah looking at Judson the numbers truly dont tell the full story, so much so that immediately after the AMC game coach Lineweavers comments were to totally disregared their record. Their a chamionship caliber team, thats finally healthy and feels they been battle tested for this big game.

When you compare Judson's stats to many teams, they would lose..Believe me as an underdog for a majority of the season, it would even make sense for Judson to take anyone lightly..Like Ive always said, stats are stats and made to be put on paper..But the game is played on the field..Rocket Pride is Alive & Well..Judson loves the underdog role..It Gives them even more fire, they have alot to prove...

Just some thoughts.......

This should be a very fast game Saturday. There won't be a lot of possessions for either team unless they create turnovers. That says a low-scoring game.

In tight games, it is big plays and turnovers that kill you. In the absence of those, it is whoever can move the ball better than the other and red-zone efficiency.

I expect Judson to do everything they can to be disruptive- to cause the Trinity O to defeat itself (sacks, turnovers, dropped balls, anger).

I expect Trinity to show the confidence it has all season and execute patiently and methodically (7, then 4, then 3, then 2, then 6, then 1...).

They should be taking them lightly, they are 10-4 averaging around 190 yards of offense a game. They use 9 different running backs, and the defense is small and has a hard time moving to the ball. This should be a slam dunk for Trinity, why practice. This is Converse Judson a team that struggles in the playoffs, this should not be happening, but guess what WERE BACK!!!!!

The defense was always there. They took defense to a whole 'nother level against the best teams.
