After the number three team from 26-5A, Judson, beat up Region III's best team - Spring Westfield, it is obvious that Katy would never have made the playoffs if it were in District 26-5A. Where do you think Katy would have finished?

9th Place. Lee is deceptively good!

Seriously, the best team in Region 3 is still playing.

We know Katy is good and will be hard to beat. You have some sort of complex.

I think they would have finished in the top three maybe even won it but tested.

No reason to try and bait either team as the underdog. I think about any sensible fan realizes this is a very good match-up, and we should see a heck of a game next weekend. After all, it is the state semi-finals.

It's still fun to vote that Katy would finish 6th or lower in 26-5A!:p

Those Valley folks are funny like that. Their team doesn't look impressive or overpowering. They just flat roll over other teams, though.

I think it's something in the water up there at Canyon Lake.

This matchup will be great. The team everybody in San Antonio loves to hate versus an Alamo-area rising star. Go 26-5A!!

I think its obvious that they woudl finish in the top 3 at the very least. This is a stupid thread, you should have at least had an othre catergory so we could vote for that.
