I agree -- however in general I have a problem with teams being ranked ahead of teams that didn't get as far in the playoffs -- it is not about what you "could have" done but about what you accomplished -- sorry but Regional teams etc. should be behind State Quaterfinalist.

The brackets are regionally based
There are no consolation brackets
Texas allows losing teams to enter the playoffs!

I see nothing wrong with doing a ranking after the season, but you have to take the championship games into account. The champs and runners up get the top 4 spots, then you go from there. Personally, I would say-

1- Allen
2- Katy
3- Hightower
4- Wylie

...then go from there.
