Classy post and thanks. That was one of the most incredible finishes to a game I've ever seen.

Cy Falls played a very good game, and played Katy's running game tougher than anyone has all year long. The Falls defensive line lived up to their billing. That's the first time in a long time (since probably the game against Lufkin at the start of 03) that I've seen an opposing team make Katy's OL look ordinary.

Most teams would pack it in on a day like the Tigers were having today, but they didn't give in to that. Tremendous heart and toughness shown by the Tigers. Also, an oustanding effort from the Cy Falls players. They didn't allow themselves to be psyched out, and made a game of it.

If Katy can go on to take the whole thing, they'll obviously look back to this game. However, another tough challenge awaits next week and that's what the playoffs are all about.

Survive and advance.

I would like nothing more than to do that but the baseball and softball teams are having the kickball tournament fundraiser that was originally scheduled for today...I'll definitely be there in spirit and if you all go to state, I may just go to that one! I'll even wear red:)

Cy Falls had a great game plan and executed it to near perfection. Katy did not play as expected but the reason was Cy Falls, on both sides of the ball.
I was one of those predicting an easy Katy win, I was way more than wrong and saved room from the post game meal for a little crow. You guys dominated us for two quarters but Katy some how hung on to stay in the game and get the win. There are no more questions as to "Katy hasn't been tested." Congrats Falls for a great playoff run. Those of you that said this team was not the team of the first half of the year were obviously right. We know how you feel right now, we were there a year ago. Somebody said that we have a four year schedule with ya'll, I hope so. Congrats again

the 4 year schedule would be great! we have had westfield for the past 2 years (and a few playoffs before that). katy would be great to add to the schedule. i know raffield is trying to build the program, so, katy would be a nice addition for the kids. a program to learn from.

Playing strong non-district games is helpful as the season wears on. This would be a good matchup for both.

Definitely wear a Cy-Falls shirt. How else are we going to be able to introduce ourselves? We Katy fans travel to other games in our red. That way people come up to you and introduce themselves and you wind up putting faces to some of these crazy usernames on this forum. There ain't no place like Texas and you'll find the people in this State are great no matter where you are.

You just have to learn how to clap the TIGER way, (LOL) my niece just moved here from California and we are still trying to teach her.
