That's right... that "RB" that "can't throw" will close out the regular season as the nation's best passer.

Top 5 After Today's Games
1. Vince Young, Texas 168.6
2. Brian Brohm, Louisville 166.7
3. Drew Olson, UCLA 165.2
4. Brady Quinn, Notre Dame 162.9
5. Matt Leinart, Southern California 158.2

On the season, Vince has thrown for 2769 yards and 26 TDs while adding 850 yards and 9 TDs on the ground.

Oh, and he's only a junior.

all he ever does is throw the ball sidearm up to his talented receivers in the worst conference playing the worst schedule in the country.;) ;)

He sucks...he will never play in the NFL...he is over-rated...side-arm...Radio...weak conference...can't win the big game...

Did I leave out anything...?

Oh yeah...VaTech could beat UT by 20...
Yet they are somehow struggling with Florida St.

He could be like USC. USC is up by like 40 pts with 1 minute left in the 3rd QT and Leinhart throws the ball like 7 straight plays. Now that's CLASS !!!!

which talented receivers? hes not the one with dwayne jarrett and steve smith...and reggie bush out of the backfield...i cant believe i just heard that...hes turned a scout team walk on named billy pittman into the leading ypc receiver in the nation...thomas and taylor are the only stars on UT's receiving, hell they are all freshman and/or sophomores...so either VY is great (which he is) or texas will win national championships for the next 3 seasons AFTER this...which they could

alright, i was wrong.

I was VYs number one critic earlier this season.

Yea he throws side arm and yea he is a weak conference, but damn hes good. Ill give him credit. He does make some bad reads that he will need to limit in order to beat USC.

I say next year he'll me #1 QB unless Brady Quin stays in school

Yea, vy is great, but Matt l. comon, hes great. Who cares if he has great WR he sticks the ball where ever he want to. This guys accuracy is sick. Hes the next great NFL QB from Southern Cal.

Pittman, scout teamer, is this the same guy that was a 4 star recruit in highschool, hmm he was never good without VY:cool:

I was imitating Aggy and all other people that doubt Vince's throwing ability, just like wide was doing

Billy Pittman was a high school quarterback that has had two knee surgeries since coming to Texas. I am sure that you knew that this guy was going to be great before the season started though

NEVER. You make it seem like M. Leinart is some srub. Hes just the most acurate QB in the nation, and the defending heisman trophy winner.

NEVER? I wouldnt even consider taking VY over M.L. on USC.

did I? No, did I say i did? NO.

To tell you the truth i didnt know who he was till this year. But, if you woulda told me, before the season, that pittman was going to be a starter i woulda said hes going to be great. Why wouldnt he? Runs a 4.35, is 6-1, and has VY throwing him ball WHY NOT?

How can Leinart be the most accurate when Vince leads the nation in passing efficiency with Leinart coming in #7? The most interesting stat to me is that Vince has thrown just 1 fewer TD than Leinart, but he has done that throwing over 100 fewer passes that Leinart.

At this point... maybe, but you didnt say he was the best throwing QB between he and Vince. You said he was the "most acurate QB in the nation." What makes him the most acrurate? Is it his completion percentage which ranks behind Brian Brohm, Drew Olson, Drew Stanton, Cody Hodges, Colt Breenan, Phil Horvath, Charlie Whitehurst, etc.? Is it his TD/INT ratio that ranks behind Brady Quinn, Drew Olson, D.J. Shockley, etc.? Just curious as to how Matt Leinart is the "most acurate QB in the nation" when there is not one single statistic that backs such a claim.

I'd quit while you're ahead. I'm sure some of your favorite teams do the exact same thing.
