OMG... I'm in one of those moods tonite... Alot of nights for me are Bob Seger nights

Full disclosure... My mom used to take me and my oldest sister to see my step dad who was in prison in McAlester, Oklahoma. And I hated the drive up there, I also hated him so bad. He always beat my mom.... And when he went to prison I was so happy. Yet my mom wouldnt stop going to see him... Anyways, on the trip up there we would always listen to Bob Seger.. I hated leaving for and arriving at the prison.. But in between..on the ride.. I was blown away.. Bob's music let me leave the sad place I was in and get away in my mind. I would hear his music and pretend I was in the situations he was singing about.. Oh well. Sorry to get off on that story.... But those horrible days, on those trips, is what flowered my love for his music.
