I think the biggest surprise of this year is that keller will make the playoffs, and denton ryan will not even have a chance to even smell the playoffs.

You're dreaming if you dont see coach Florences boys in the playoffs this year. The district is too weak THIS year for them to not be in the playoffs.
1. SLC
2. Keller
3. DR

Could be a surprise or two in the district this year. I know at least one coaching staff that has caught to the type of offense needed to make a run at it.

I think highly of the coaching staff at Denton Ryan, but I don't think that they will have enough muscle this year or speed to finish in the top three in the district. They will give everybody a good fight till the last second.

This district is weak? You really don't know what your talking about. Grapevine and Colleyville have already qualified for the state 7 on 7 tourney, while Carroll, Keller, Ridge and DR have not yet...most probably will. Time will tell, but I believe your judgement will prove to be weak...

Don't put TOO much weight on what happens in 7 on 7. Permian won state 7 on 7 in 2003 and if I remember right didn't even get out of district that year. Abilene Cooper finished in the top 8 last year (I think) and didn't get out of district. I think 7 on 7 is great and good for the quarterbacks and receivers and defensive backs, but it doesn't necessarily translate to "real" football. And I do know about Tyler Lee last year! I'm just saying that you CAN have a very good 7 on 7 squad without having a playoff football team.

Umm, tell me about your district and 3-5A district probably better than yall for truth (not making you mad though but its true.). Southlake Carroll seems to be the same way from last year. I see that your saying about your district from last year that yall had a hard season but not harder then this district or Tyler Lee district (12-5A). I don't see 3-5A district weak this year. Your pointless, I am sorry.

My bad, i typed that wrong. Thats not exactly what i was thinking. I ment weaker than last year, because last year the SLC, DR, Keller trio was easily the best in texas IMO. Weaker, not weak, thats my bad lol.
