Taco,
You are the most pessimistic Lufkin Fan I have ever seen. With friends like you the Pack sure doesn't need any enemies.

Lufkin is playing slc without our star gb and if we play at texas stadium hang it up. I love the panthers I wish we could beat them but lufkin just makes to many mistakes. I sat infront of three guys from desoto and they watched slc play ah last week and they said they look like a college team. Theys said we looked really good but we will be lucky to be within 21 of slc. The only good thing going our way is now slc doesn't know what we are going to do without claybon. I don't even think outlaw knows what we are going to do. I wish we could be slc but i don't think it will be this year.

That is why you don't COACH. How STUPID for you to say you didn't think Outlaw knows what we are going to do. He is a successful coach who knows what to do. Just because you don't have a clue doesn't mean the rest of us don't.

I agree about the qb problem but come on?? A college team?? Lucky to keep it to 21 points? This Lufkin team is better overall then last year in my opinion and Lufkin lost in the final minutes to SLC last year 37-30. Plano and Grapevine played them very tough and Grapevine came very close to beating them. I guess they are college teams too huh taco?? You are a very negative fan without a doubt. It will be tough without Claybon but you never know they might put an air cast on it and let them play. I heard somebody else saying that in the Lufkin site. It is his non throwing arm.

LP Fan,
In Taco's defense I think he meant that SLC would not know which dorection the Pack will be going in regards to the QB situation.

Highly unlikely when he pretty much says we will get beat. I stand firm. But thanks for trying.

all year all i have done is talk about how good lufkin is
last night our cb gave up big plays. you cannot do that against ateam that runs the spread offence perfect. I just don't wan't to build my self up to get let down.

All year we have made some mistakes in games and everyone says that we will not win the next game because the other team will take advantage of it or they are more disciplined etc.. but somehow we always end up winning anyway. I have seen the mistakes just like everyone else. But I have also seen the D make a stand when they have to. Yes we could lose, we could have lost several times this year, but somehow we just keep winning. There will only be 1 state champ in D2 so there are still 3 teams that will lose in the next 2 weeks. We could be one of them but we could also be on the winning side.

That can't be true if it is then it is obvious he does not follow Lufkin football that close. I mean who did Outlaw play after Claybon went down? If Claybon is not able to play anymore don't you think Thomas would continue to play. He has played some back up already in case you all forgot. If you are wondering who would play backup to Thomas then all you have to do is look at the roster and see that there is a QB that was moved up from JV.

During the post game interview on the radio last night, Outlaw said that Ralph Thomas would get all the reps. in practice this week. Thomas played qb in front of Claybon in JH I believe.
