Unbelievable, some of the posts I have read. When a team loses this time of the year, it is painful.(only speaking from expirience) I know that as parent, it is hard enough to watch your kid's season end. Most of us on here are fortunate. We have access to this forum, enough extra money to enjoy plenty of highscool football, most have good health and great friendships. It is important; If your team wins and keeps advancing - try to stay humble and respectful in your victory.

Good job to the Admins. I couldn't do it.

This time of the year there isn't (or shouldn't be) any shame in losing. Progressing to the 2nd or 3rd round is a great accomplishment and the losers should be proud of themselves and the winners should be respectful (as well as proud).

Well I think that is pretty par for the course this time of year. 4 locked threads since Thursday. That the most I have ever seen locked in such a short period.

Aside from all the trash-

GREAT WEEKEND IN FOOTBALL.

12/3/05 WILL NOT SOON BE FORGOT

I think most of our posters have very powerful connections to their alma maters or chosen programs, and it's definitely emotional this time of year. The finality of it all is incredible. Win or go home. Survive and advance...all of those phrases.

However, that stuff has to be kept reasonable on here. Winning and losing with class is extremely important.

Hey, I'll take Trinity losing any way they can!:D

I agree about winning and losing with class. It's hard to read some of this stuff knowing how hard it is to get this far. Longview has all kinds of talent every year and they haven't been to the semis since 1997!
