A huge effort should be made to give BOTH Houston area teams a HUGE home field advantage. I know me and my group of 20+ will be there for Katy and then stay to support Hightower against Allen. Good luck to both teams!

I can promise you right now that if Houston area teams make it to state when the championships are in Dallas then the fans there will be out if full force to support them. Better take advantage of it while it is here!

I would like to point out a little seating etiquette for this Saturday. Will the 2pm fans that are staying for the second game please make the prime seating available for the 7pm fans so they can see their team and not have to be at the 20's or endzones? Thank you.

There is nothing wrong with that courtesy. Clearing the main center seats after game 1 for the next crowd's game, to see their kids play, would be a great way to demonstrate the pride you have.;):)

I thought I heard something about them clearing the grounds anyways in between games. Of course I dont see why anyone who wants to view both games should not be allowed to stay if they wish...

I will be there helping along the home teams as much as I can. All of the 5Atexas fans should help cheer on Katy and Hightower to their state championships. This will be a good time for everyone to come together for the common good of Houston high school football. I may even wear Red witha little Green. I can trade in my colors for the day to make it look good for the home teams. Tigers and Canes good luck. Heck last year i wore red for 16 games what is one more. :ninja:

I know one ticket is good for both games, but I'm not sure if they'll clear it out. I don't imagine they will. It'd be pretty inconvenient for them to kick out 20,000 people for all of about 45 minutes. The first game should be all said and done by 5, and Hightower and Allen will be starting warm ups by 5:30. It is Reliant though, and they don't seem to know what they're doing most of the time, so I wouldn't expect to keep your seat.

Well mine isn't going to the big show :D, although i do have to be up and prepared for church the following day and as always i said yes dear . As for the seating, it only seems appropriate to give the playing teams fans the first option on seating and so i will move to give them that as i would want them to do the same.... those of us who are Katy fans know how this can be...besides it's the season of giving :).

Definitely going to both games. Wouldn't miss this for the world. My former team and the team that always beat us(Tully Stadium), can't wait to see both bring the trophies home to greater Houston.

Farmer's definitely confused and in a no win isn't he?
Being a Dallas homer, he would love for a Dallas sweep of Skeeterville.
Being a fan of the PCC's and not State Champ Allen eagles, he never wants them to lose the PCC title.
SOmebody help him out.
I have no problem with Wylie but a new found respect and admiration for the Katy program after what they have overcome this year as well as sitting with their fans at the Marcus game. Great people.

Went and got my tickets at Reliant today.. Told my 3 boys I would buy reserved seats for them and a friend... one catch... anyone coming with me was there for both games... all 8 of us will be there.. FOR BOTH GAMES!
If you take the time to drive to Reliant between 10 and 2 Thur and Fri, you save the $5.75 Convenience Charge TicketMaster charges..
$18 for Reserved seats near the 50 Yard line for 2 championship games... That's still a heck of good football deal.
With 2 teams from Houston and Playing in Houston... No Reason for not having big crowd.
GO TIGERS !!!!! Go HURRICANES!!!

HT has cool stealth. Wouldn't be suprised if someone said they were under a mandate to stay off the boards.
They looked like they were about business at that Cinco Ranch game. All business.
Sure hope they loosen up after the game. Would like to hear some of their thoughts.:D

Most Katy fans are doing the same thing, self imposed. If I don't think I can keep it friendly, I may follow their example. :)
