Well,
It looks like Harrell and Coach Leach found something better to do than fly to NYC for the Heisman!

I wanted Harrell to go to NYC, but he's still already won 2 national postseason awards this year and won the Sammy Baugh last year.
dubuya =/= heisman.

Win a POS overrated trophy or meet the president. Tough choice.

I'm pretty sure you could find a way to visit the President if you won the Heisman. But still, cool stuff.

Presidents, especially the current one with about a month left in office, aren't very high on the list of people I want to meet. By a close margin (:rolleyes:) I'd probably rather have won the Heisman.

That's so awesome. Graham is such a good guy, he's taken the high road throughout this whole ordeal. I'm glad he got to meet the President Bush, I would love that opportunity.
Been there. Done that. It's pretty cool shaking the most powerful man in the world's hand.

POS overrated trophy?
Really? How many people a year win the Heisman trophy? 1. How many people a year meet the POTUS? Thousands.
Yes its cool they got to go meet the president.
Look at it 20 years from now. Better to say "I met the president" or "I won the Heisman trophy?"
trophy in a landslide. thank you come again.

It was a real shame he didn't get invited. Good for him though.

I don't think it's really a matter of winning the Heisman or meeting the president... because Graham clearly wasn't going to win the Heisman. It's just cool that instead of spending the day not in New York since he wasn't even invited and having that nice little dinner with everyone else, he had the opportunity to do something that not a lot of people get to do (compare the thousands to millions in this country) and meet the president. I love President Bush, I used to see his daddy around all the time... but I'd still like to meet baby Bush.
But yeah obviously winning the Heisman is the bigger accomplishment and such.
