Could ISU take Turner Gill?

I think he should hold out for a better job, but if anyone can turn ISU around it is Turner Gill. If he can win at Buffalo, he can win at ISU.

If he takes the ISU job and turns it around, big time programs will definitely come calling. I think this would only be a stepping stone.

It would, however, give him an opportunity to compete against the Big 12 which he quite familiar with. I'm sure he would like the opportunity to play and beat Nebraska.
