Usc could lose and fall to #2 and still play....Texas would be on the outside looking in. LSU could move up.

LSU's going to get their butts handed to them by Georgia this Saturday.
If Texas and USC then both lost, with LSU also going down, you'd probably see a Penn State and VA Tech championship game. VA Tech also has to play. If they lose to Florida State and all the others lost you'd end up having a BCS Championship Game in the Rose Bowl against Penn State and..........
a. Ohio State, who the Nittany Lions already beat this year, 17-10, although it was probably the worst game I've seen the Buckeyes play in years;
b. Notre Dame. Who the hell cares.
c. Auburn. Good team peaking at the right time.
d. Miami. Hopefully a hurricane will take out their whole school.

LSU is NOT going to lose to Georgia. Get real man...
I don't really keep up with college ball much. But I keep up enough to be able to tell from your post that you know less than I do.

Redneckn: I know less about college ball than you do?
Yeah, sure thing.
Ohio State Buckeyes, CB, Freshman Team, 1967.
My brother played linebacker for Miami of Ohio, started during the 1971 season when a senior.
Keep up the good work. Shows your ignorance.

If you think Georgia is gonna toss LSU off to the side, I'm afraid it may indeed show yours.
At least I stated I don't keep up with it much instead of coming on here trying to act as if I know it all. Your brother could have been a f-ing astronaut and that is not gonna do anything for you.
Keep up the good work being a pr!ck.

This is the most likely of all the scenarios...LSU WILL lose to Georgia!!!
UCLA could beat USC
Leaving a Penn St -vs- UT championship.
Although it would be nice...Colorado won't beat UT.

Ok.. I just want to clear this us real quick.. There seems to be some kind of misunderstanding. LSU is not, I repeat: NOT, going to lose this weekend.

Redneckn...I would be willing to bet some Southern Comfort on the out come of this particular game!!! Georgia will beat LSU on December 3rd. Second part of this I like is it will put LSU in the Cotton Bowl and they can beat the crap out of Texas Tech. LSU has been living on the edge all year...D.J. Shockly and company will push them off the cliff tomorrow.

i could easily see LSU losing to Georgia, i mean had shockley not got hurt they would have the same records...easily i could see LSU losing to georgia, LSU has not been too stellar in my eyes, if either USC or Texas loses Penn St will take their spot. most pollsters are looking to drop that crappy defense anyways after 3 close calls...

You're on. I've been waiting all day for somebody to make a wager...
While I would like to see LSU knock the crap outta TexasTech myself, I just don't think LSU will lose.
Is it a done deal that TT will be in CottonBowl?

Hey Redneckn:
Who showed their ignorance?
Ignorance? I made a call I was pretty sure about and I was wrong.
You've never been wrong right? Wait a second.. You're a cove fan. I've got money that says you were wrong about who was gonna win the cove/Lp game.
I was wrong. I think I may have even posted about my being wrong last nite in the other thread where I said LSU wouldn't lose. So now I eat crow. It happens to the best of us now and then.
Teams don't win when they play like LSU did last nite. That was horrible.
