not going to happen, sec has too much money in this game.

and if it were to happen, texas wouldn't beat zerou simply because it's so hard to beat a team that almost matches your level of performance twice in 1 year.

I almost want to see this happen just to for the reaction if OU was to win. But because I think that UT might win it again, I would prefer to see the Sips in Tempe and the Gooners in Miami, because listening to the Sips whine for a year about 45-35 is a close second to watching them lose their collective :Censor: after OU beat them in the NC game.

Am I to guess that Texas almost matches Tech's level of performance??

son of a *****. what's with the ***** envy? yall are even better then texas, does that tickle your pickle?

all i was saying is that it's damn near impossible to beat a team 2 times in a year, much less when they compete with you (which zerou and tceh did this year).

Well, OU beat Mizzou twice last year, and the funny thing is before the game tonight they were still claiming those losses were flukes. :notworthy

mizzou sucks. they're the best north team....that's like being the fastest amputee.

i think a good look would be old school FSU/FLA, when they would meet 2 in a year and (it seemed, im prolly wrong though) that they would split the series.

Baylor should have beat Mizzou. That wasn't a test for OU but Florida will be. I only hope that if someone gets the chance to beat OU by a convincing margin that they continue to pass and score until the clock runs out. I don't think it will happen this year but when it does I will be smiling. I have absolutely no respect for stoops. What would have been funny this year as far as I am concerned would have been to see Bradford go out with an injury after they were up by 30 points in the 4th qtr and he was still throwing passes in the end zone. I don't care much for that cross eyed sob either.

BTW I think Leach is an as*hole for running up score also.

Ok, I may be mistaken, but has anyone else read that if the #1 and #2 teams in the BCS are from the same conference and play in the MNC, that the Conference's BCS Bowl tie-in( which is the Fiesta Bowl in this case) can choose a third team from that conference?

This could be the most appropriate way to reward all of these teams' seasons:

OU vs UT in MNC.

Tech in Fiesta.

I could live with that, but the SEC couldn't.:(

not happening but it should be if college football is run with even an ounce of integrity.

I could live with that, but the SEC couldn't.:(You can only get a 3rd team if the top 2 teams didn't win the conference. OU won it and Tech is out unless the pollsters drop Texas below 4 and only if the bowls want us more than Texas.

And they will never want Tech more than Texas.
