Usually the division 1 and 2 state games are broadcast on FSN.

somebody needs to come up with just a very crude internet video broadcast. one guy, with one camera at the 50. no audio. you can listen to the radio broadcast for the audio. no graphics, stats, replays, etc. Just like you are sitting in a seat watching the game.
seems like it would be cheap to do.

yup, i saw the tyler lee and slc/sv game both of fsn last year, don't see why they wouldn't broadcast it again. I'd like to see earlier round games on tv though, for the ones I can't go to.

Why would they allow radio broadcasts, but not something like that?

Zip, though a great idea. Know anyone at FOX or ESPN. Little late for contracts but it would be great to televise a game with this much hype.
Give the rest of the country a big face full of Texas High school football

that may be able to work except for the rights to the game may be expensive. I think that espn payed 3,000 dollars for the denton ryan game last year. Also I am sure that Texas Stadium would want to atleast get a piece of the action as well. It is a nice idea though. Maybe the guys that did the first triple header could pull it off.

No Major TV for this game not enough time.
Remember the SLC / D. Ryan game was planned well before the season began both teams were highly ranked before the season.
I am in the biz and I can tell you that it takes more than showing up with a camera to broadcast game.
Scheduling the game, securing the rights, securing the time on the bird (Satellite Up/Down link back to Bristol Conn) Marketing, Ad sales all those go into a major sports broadcast and with no certain guarantee that SLC and Plano would meet its highly unlikley an d a week is not enough time to produce and pull it off.
I would imagine you will see the replay on your local Access TV if anyone produces it or by radio but not live.
For me I could care less I will be there in person for this one.
