Is it really $10 to park and $12 for a ticket? If so, forget about me going this weekend. That's absurd.

News to me. I was there a few weeks ago - early in playoffs and I think it was $3 to park - don't remember what tickets were but I was thinkin' they were $8 but every game is different. It's a nice place to play...especially if you win!:D

Why is it that often times the stadiums that charge you for parkign are the ones with horrible parking lots. Obviously that money isn't going to the building fund for the stadium.

As for charging ten bucks for a high school game that's just crazy. May be if you charge that if its the Alamo Dome or somewhere you're having two or three games in one day, but not for a single game. And honestly why should the price of tickets go up just because it's a playoff game. I guess the figure since more people attend a playoff game than they do a regular season game unless it is Homecoming or a rivaly game they might as well make the scool district some money.

Baylor this week for the Cove game is charging 9 bucks for each ticket......so i'm sure that extra dollar goes to Baylor.

I don't mind paying the 3 bucks for parking.....I can't believe it went up from 2 bucks tho.

You can just park across the street...and when the stadium gets full....alot of people park in the 3 different fields that surround the stadium. You used to be able to park at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course next door but I don't know if you can still do that or not now.

The Garland-Cove game behind the home side the parking lot was full so I just parked in the grass back by the fence of the VA hospital like a few other people.

We played P-Ville at Waco ISD in Regional a couple weeks ago and it was $3 to park and $8 per ticket.

Last Friday at Texas stadium Qtr. Finals it was $5 to park and $10 per ticket.

I don't know if they raise the prices as the playoffs work through each level or not?

That's a bargin compared to TS, during the SGP-Plano game I bought a DP and Hotdog and I think it was as close as filling my Suburban up with gas.

I had a Hot Dog and a Coke at Texslum Stadium last Friday and I believe it ran me over 10 bucks. The coke was 5.50. Bottled water was 3.50. I guess the cup, the sugar and the CO2 cost 2 bucks.

If you buy your tickets through your local school, you can save a couple of bucks. (at least at Consol you can) And, I think your team gets to keep a bit more of the revenue that way. I highly encourage you to go that route.

Waco ISD didn't charge for parking during our regular season game there. $3 a few weeks ago.

Our Website says this about ticket prices for this coming Saturday...

Tickets: Adults $10.00
Students $8.00
At the gate all tickets will be $12.00
Parking is $3.00
Tickets will be sold at the High School ticket office,
Thurs. and Fri., 7:30-1:00.

I don't agree with Jerry's prices, but went over and watched nephew play in Georgia dome and tickets were $16.00. Concessions there were not to much cheaper than at Jerry's. Don't know if we are lucky or not on the prices.:D

9 is too much for parking in Texas. I think that anything over 5 is too much

Allright I guess I will still be going then. Any idea how long it will take to get there from the H-E-B area?

depending on traffic and a lot of other factors it should be between 1.5 to 2 hours

Where is the H-E-B area?
You mean the grocery store?
You don't have to park there...Floyd Casey is free parking.

Either that or Hurst, Euless, Bedford - Dallas Metroplex area. Maybe an hour and a half? Not sure - ask someone from SL. Casey is free parking - tickets should be $8 or 10 at the gate.

As for charging ten bucks for a high school game that's just crazy. May be if you charge that if its the Alamo Dome or somewhere you're having two or three games in one day, but not for a single game. . . .Apparently you've never purchased season tickets nor parked at Dragon Stadium. $10 per ticket would be about half price. And there's a waiting list for season tickets? Go figure.
