Texas Stadium gates for 12/6

It's official. Trinity is on gate 3 (strange) and is wearing black(first time). Allen is home team on the home side but wearing white. (Even more strange) Allen's coach must be superstitious because they havent lost to a team in black shirts yet.
This looks similar to the Permian game. Permian wore black, on gate 3 and visitor locker room. Sounds like some gamesmanship to me. Trying to throw Trinity for a loop by changing everything up. :rolleyes:

Tell me why does Trinity and Permian use gate 3 instead of 8. allen goes north and Trinity goes west. Sounds a little screwy to me.

Here's what I do: Sneak in the same entrance as the band buses. Tell the security people something like "I'm the first aid guy for the band" and they'll let you right in. After the game, just stick with those buses. They let them right out.

Sorry, Not True....The last time we lost at Texas Stadium was the SLC game and we were at gate 8. Whoever your sources are were WRONG and I will put them to the test on that one....The stadium picks the side and the Coach's flip for who is home or visitor. We are Visitor for this game but Allens coach requested that we wear Black. He is the one who is Superstitious. I am sure Lineweaver is too, but in this case it was yall choice on the color of jerseys. Also, we loss the toss with Plano as well, that is why we were in White.

Not trying to start anything here, but what I heard earlier was wrong. The gates are determined by the officials at TS. The coaches have NO say in this. Regardless of what the rumors have been. Lineweaver lost the flip for home and vis. Funny thing is he said he would rather be visitor but with black jerseys. He said he prefers it this way.

As I said, I could be wrong. I've been racking my brain to remember how the field was laid out (which end had the tunnels), but I do know that the overtimes happened to my left as I sat on the Trinity side.

But the point that Trinity didn't lose to Lewisville while on the Gate 3 side, still discredits his statements. Thanks.

From our understanding, Your coach won the coin toss and he is the one who told Lineweaver that he wanted to wear White and for us to wear Black. He also requested the gate 8 side. Did not mean they were gonna give it to him, but they did. Means nothing to us really. We (the fans) really like our boys in BLACK. They look MARVELOUS!!!!:notworthy He also asked what time we did the HAKA so as to avoid another unsettling episode that was CLEARLY (I am giving the benefit of the doubt) the result of the speaker system at your field. The HAKA is on the official Texas Stadium Schedule this week. Thanks

I think at this time of year, most players and fans could care less what side they're playing on, what color uniforms they're wearing or what time of day the game starts. It's just amazing and an experience of a lifetime for these kids to still be playing one more round. I guarantee that there are 200+ other 5A teams in the state that would gladly wear pink uniforms and enter through the catering entrance to be playing on Saturday.

Allen seems to want everything......Lineweaver wanted to play the non district game at TX stadium....Allen said no.....would have been great for both teams to play there before the playoffs...Allen said no.....just wait until next year when they sit on the small side of our stadium!!!!!!!

I must agree with all the teams that don't want to play us.....you don't want to go into district with a lot of injuries....we play so physical that you risk that playing us......not bragging....has been proven!!!!!!
I have not thought about the new stadium......alll the teams that could play us may now want to.....even SLC that said they would play anybody anytime said no to us for many years.....I could list them but it would be easier to list those that do want to play us.....do you think we wanted to play Tyler Lee, Permain, and Waco for two years if some one around here wanted to play us......thanks for reminding me of the new TX stadium....
(One year Colleyville and Grapevine called and said they wanted to play us in non-district if we were not in the same district.....they lied...would have been two great games...and no travel out of town!!!)

Trinity is going to wear PINK and not have a locker room. The TS officials called and said Trinity has to meet out in the parking lot before and after the game. The players have to use the Porta Pottys by the tents set up outside the stadium. I sure hope this doesn't throw them off.
Trinity fans you have to park across the highway and walk to the stadium. You must only enter at the farthest gate from the side you will be sitting on too.

I still predict Trinity Wins!!
