If Lonny had tickets by me, at least i'd have someone to talk X's and O's with( although Mrs Slorch is steadily improving her football acumen)
If it is the Cotton Bowl for Tech we will be taking the boys and going.

I may actually go myself. With UGA's loss, there is talk that they will fall to the Cotton Bowl and Ole Miss will move up to the Capital One Bowl (where UGA was previously thought to be headed). A Tech/UGA matchup is a helluva lot more desirable than a Tech/Ole Miss game. Plus, maybe I could mock farmer and his Dawgs in person.

The only way the Sorry Excuse Conferance wins the national championship is if Florida is in it. Bama would get owned.
The real question is:
How many bowl games does the Sorry Excuse Conferance lose this year?

They lose less than the Big 10, percentage wise.

Idk, maybe. Depends on who Penn State and Ohio State match up against. I think Northwestern, Minnesota, and Iowa all do well.

It looks like Penn State will play USC. Doesn't bode well for the Big 10.

I'll come dressed as a fat Urban Meyer and reduce you to tears in the shadow of the Cotton Bowl.
In all seriousness, I have nothing against the UGA program. I am and always have been a huge Matt Stafford fan and it pisses me off to no end to see how his career has gone in what I deem to be piss-poor coaching. I wish UGA all the best, I just know it wont happen with their current coaching staff. But none of that will keep me from brutally mocking you.

Urban Meyer is very close to be on Steve Spurrier level in Athens.
As for the coaching, I disagreed with you bigtime in the off-season but after being at 3 games this year, it is terrible. Both cordinators need to go and Richt needs to start getting some discipline back on that football team. There was some off the field crap before the 2007 season and the personal fouls thisyear have been costly and ridiculous. The assistants are a direct reflection on the head man and they reflect badly on him right now.
I have seen Stafford ake some unreal throws this year and for the life of me can't figure out why he is throwing at least half his passes 7 yards and shorter and we do not go deep with him more. This offense should be averaging close to 500 yards and 50 points game :Censor:

You take Georgia's players and let them run Mobilhoma or USC's offense and I guaran-damn-tee you they are headed for a BCS bowl. As someone who loves college football, it's brutal watching the way the UGA coaching staff calls games.
BTW, Steve Spurrier is one step below God in jtk's pyramid of awesome.

I am just praying for another Iowa vs LSU matchup (Iowa 1-0) in outback bowl. I have no doubt they will dominate the Tigers it will be ugly. Cajun you better hope SC or Ole Miss goes because I will give you hell and love ever miniute of it. :p Ole Miss will be the only team of those 3 from the SEC that is capable of giving the Hawks a game IMO. They turned out just like I thought. Just needed to change the qb and grow up on offense because the D is freaking nasty like most Iowa D's this decade and Iowa has bar none the best rb in nation in frek/beast shonn greene. Please Please pick LSU outback committe I beg you. There is a slight chance that Iowa goes to Alamo Bowl and I would love that just as much. Would love Iowa to play Mizzou or Okla st. I want to see a very physical team like Iowa that pounds you on both sides of the ball play a fast break big12 south ton of O not much D school like okie st or mizzou. Love Iowa's chances vs either one of those teams. If okie st get to see the best wr ination in that lufkin panther named dez and if Mizzou I will get to see a slc qb get pounded and love it.

haha the funny thing is if they would have had a great shot if they could have found out a way to close out games in the first of year in games they clearly had in their grasp. would of could of should of though. 4 losses by a combined 12 points is nauseating. But they were not ready yet and not a complete team yet. They needed the time to gel into a good team and they had the wrong qb in 3 of those games. But I am telling you man. Any team out of maybe the top 3 or 4 teams should not want to play Iowa in a Bowl game. Very underrated team (heard espn radio guy call them them most underrated in nation the other day) and they are now a very good team. They remind me of the 02 team. I could see it coming all year. I just hope they can keep greene because if they can then the Hawks will be back to being a legit top 10 team next year I have no doubt. King and Kroul will be huge losses on the dline but they have some good talent ready to replace a already young and talented team.
It amazes me the nations top rb and nation's rushing leader has been disrespected so much in the Heisman race?? Ringer even had more votes then Greene and Greene has well over 150 more yards then him on 92 less carries and his average per carry is 6.2 to ringer's 4.3?!! He also had much better stats when they met head to head. That does not even make sense! The guy is a beast and the real deal.He has done all that vs teams playing 8 men in the box to stop him. He just happens to play on a team that is 8-4. They win 2 or 3 of those games they blew in 4th then he would definitely be a big player in the heisman that is just how it goes. Be shocked if he does win the best rb of the year award though.
I just think it would be fun to play your Tigers again cajun. I know they are surprisingly down this year. Especially the D? wtf? But I have not had much to brag about in the last 2 years so I am ready to gloat about what I can. :p
