He looks pretty darn good in those clips! The only downside to him is that I know he had a bad ankle, I think it's better, but ya never know, some times they come back to haunt you.

Adam is a fine athlete and fine young man to boot. He gives his all...every play. That will become very evident this season as Carroll fields what many believe is their best Dragon defensive unit in some time. While not large, these guys are very good/well conditioned athletes, and tough customers to boot. In particular, believe Adam will make it extremely tough on opposition QB's. Suggestion to opposition defenses: Between he and "Ben-waa"....tread lightly behind or past the center of the line of scrimmage...or it will in fact be "crunch time". Summation: Looking for great things in '05 from Adam Powers....and the Carroll defensive.

i will deffinetly agree on that.

beniost is going to be an important player in that defense this year. i expect him to play well and be a difference maker.

He looks great in these videos, but how big is he. To me, the only thing that looks to be holding him back from the next level is he looks undersized. But a fine player.
