View Full Version : Trinity's Big Ugly's
A shout out to trinity's offensive line, I guess they answered all the preseaon talk about this being the weak link on the team. healthy and playing with great intensity there truly fun to watch.
I was very impressed with there pass blocking and the time they gave our qb to hit the long passes down the field. And ive really enjoyed the end of the last few games aka bell marcus where they just completly dominated the end of the game.
I dont think any of them are being recuruited D ! at this point but what a job they have done. They get very little recognition and do a ton of the work. they serve up more pancakes than the local I hop

I think you've got Allen and Trinity a notch or two too low. CedarHill above Trinity? Now I know your smoking something good

they have been doing a wonderful job, big ups to all of them:notworthy
lol they beat cedar hill like a yard dog and put a pretty good size knot on allens head to. shame they didnt get to play woodlands. getting shut down to 7 in your final game cant be a good day on the O-line, I would probably put permian or smithson valley in there before cedar hill or the woodlands, am i missing any really good ones ?Seen alot of games this year, your OL is outstanding. Permians Porter would probably get my vote for most dominant offensive lineman in the state.

Saturday was the first time I have seen Trinity play this year. Very impressed. What a finely tuned football machine ET has!

I really enjoy watching them, too. Just glad that I don't have to feed them. ;)

I've seen all 4 of those teams, and I agree with his assessment.

Good job giving the "Big UGLY's" some recognition. The big boys in the trenches never get enough love from the fans.

I think Plano's O line should get a lot of credit. Plano's offense moved into the number 1 spot in the DMN for Team O. That says a lot about that line. You don't put up 500 yards of O against Trinity without a Good O line.

Exactly - an impressive offense starts with a solid OLine.

Da hawaiian, I'm surprised someone of your insight even justified those posts with a response.

I am in favor of any conversation regarding OL's. Thanks for the que TSUP.
Im with yeh there first O line that took our d line out of the game for the most part, Allens line is huge but plano played a much better game and gave there QB all the time he needed. excellent on the run and excellent on the pass block. top 5 in state for sure !!I think Plano's O line should get a lot of credit. Lot of funny stuff going on in the Trenches, more than normal, but let bygones by bygones.
With a mobile quarterback it was always going to be tough with a three man rush. Like Tonga at Bell, a mobile quarterback makes everyone look better.

I hope they do. I know some parents, prepare videos and do some shopping around. I can't say for sure whether it makes a bit a difference but hey, why not?
way we figure it if hes good enough they will find him, schools about education and football is a bonus. Every kid wants to play at the next level but you sure get alot more looks if you hit the books and make the grades, thats where the focus should be for everyone of them, football is great but a education last a lifetime !!I hope they do.
