How about 17-5A with three teams remaining! Katy, Cinco, and Taylor. 3 out of 32 left in 5A are from the 17. I am impressed. Help a kucklehead out - are there any other districts representing that well?
Go Tigers!

The most impressive out of all the Houston districts is CFISD. They have beaten quality opponents. No offense but many districts would have 3 reps in the 3rd round if they had KISD's playoff brackets.

Not at all. This is no surprise though. A lot of people probably predicted this outcome when the new realignment first came out.
But they're taking care of business. All they can do. Congrats and hope they keep it going.

"No offense but ..." I think when discussing Cy Fair schools, you should use the term "No defense".

Ok, thanks ... (hater comment retracted :)) BTW I was suprised to see Woodz out in rd 2. I had them going deep, but not all the way.

I'm a College Park fan, just for clarification.
Not relevant to above but I did pick SP to win. Just had my doubts whether the TW coaches would make the necessary adjustments after the Lufkin game. Sadly , I was proven right.

They'll have plenty of time to get ready for 2009... The Katy/Woodlands game will not be pretty..

I knew that, I really did ... that's why you have the CP in twcpfan1 ... I just figured your a good football fan and support other teams in your district when appropriate. Woodz vs Katy will be a very good game next year for sure. My boy graduates this year, but I'll probably be there to see that Katy game.

My little girl has one more year. If CP are playing the same night, then I'll have to miss the game at Rhodes. If not, I may make it out there.
