Waco is a good neutral site - Lp does not like to play in the Metroplex and no one in the Metroplex wants to play at SFA or the Rose, so its a pretty good alternative.

I thought the Lp halftime was pretty cool...

I thought the LP halftime was odd today?? Maybe it was just me? They are usually great but i know the rain cut everything very short. Drill teams did not even perform today correct??

nope pride didn't perform today. they just helped the band out with their really short drill. the band didn't perform a real drill due to the rain and a lot of the kids being gone due to it being thanksgiving weekend.


hopefully on friday we will get to the panther pride and the band perform.
i have to say i have liked half-time a lot better this year than i have in a few years.

I tell you what, i would love to see all that Lufkin has to offer since this will be my first time ever seeing anything from them. I also want Cove to pull out all the stops and give Lufkin a good show too.

This is a big game and we all need to have the best that we can bring besides the football players. I'm not much on halftime but this past Friday i enjoyed Coves for the first time i think ever.

personally i dont really mind the long trips, i mean i sit by my friends on the bus anyways, watch movies screw around so its not all that bad, i only hate the way home though when everyone is all tired and b**chy, oh man that leads to great times hahahahahahahaha espically when were pepped up on sugar, the only bad part is when they respond hahahahaha

reminds me, yesterday, yankeeman put a pizza box like on the toilet, and some girl was like theres a pizza box there and i really have to go so she went and sat down hahahahaha she finally came back and trhough the box...also a fun thing to do is tell people theres somebody in the bathroom, and then open the door and scream and watch their face hahahahahah

Waco has a really nice stadium. It can get to be a damn wind tunnel at times though. The turf on the field is not new any more but it's not as bad as that stuff SHSU had that our guys played on in Round 1. The hash marks had been painted over so many times, they stuck up and could just about trip a guy.

Waco is a nice little hour and a half ride north of us. We've played two great games there this year. There is a certain comfort level at this point.

As far as traveling goes, I'm glad we're not heading back to Texslum Stadium in Big D. I'm a life long Cowboys fan, but man, that place has seen waaaay better days. :D

i'm with you, LPLVR----you guys(i mean ladies) are welcome to state your opinions just as we all are.......like to hear it from the "other" side sometimes--makes conversation interesting......i am a double T Red Raider fan, as well......those Pantherettes are really great performers, also......it wouldn't be a halftime without you guys hard work...thanks again for the effort you guys show each week.....;)
