Half of Judson's regular season schedule made the playoffs, with the other 5 teams being 26-5A teams who didn't make the playoffs. Those 5 teams are a combined 11-2 in the playoffs so far.

The injury-filled Judson team didn't do too bad in those games against the top teams, either.

i know, sometimes things dont always bounce your way and you lose games you should of won if not for a bad bounce....like the cowboys SHOULD of won yesterday, but Cundiff yeah you know the rest..

No Dragon they are not awesome and will have a very uphill battle next week. The rockets have nothing to lose except the game because they will be a huge underdog. Hey thats Ok 5 weeks ago if you told me that they would be playing in the semi's I would of taken the dope you were on away. It's just one more game for some under classmen to get some experience. You will not here a whole hell of allot of rockets fans sayinig anything but this, others are only wishing and hoping, me I am a realist and am expecting the worse.

Lonny I like your approach to this game, again saw what others saw last night it just was not a great game played by Judson. In years past it was over very early in the game. Judson was not moving the ball and their Qb had a great game over 150 yards from him. My thought is if this guy can do this then Beasly from WF will have a field day. I do not like to pick against the Rockets, but I have not seen anythig in the playoffs other then the score that has told be I have seen some awesome improvement from these guys. I will be there screaming my head for them, but for now they have to be a huge underdog.

I love all the thoughts on this game coming up against SW and Judson..Im glad there underdogs and have been all season..If there is one team which can pull an upset is JUDSON. Refer to the Reagan game were Judson had to win by 21 just to make the playoffs..I dont care who u are, but any team would have folded by the thought alone..Major upset happens in SA next Saturday..WF has a great Dfense..But so does Judson..Offense wins games..Defense wins championships and Judson has a better defense, due to the strength of schedule..Rocket Pride is alive and well and oh yeah two more injuries come back to start in this game on the OL & DL line..Judson by 3 or 4...

In fact they are playing a team they destroyed in a title game a few years ago (52-0). Do you think Trinity has that score on all of their bulletin boards? Trinity will return the favor and win. Too bad Texas doesn't have a true state champion anymore. Watered down titles aren't the same. It gets worse next year with 4th place teams making the playoffs. 1-9 could get you in if you play in a 5 team district! Yuk!

my3sons, I like your thinking. Reminds me of Reagan, O'Connor, and Westfield posters, who are currently getting ready to watch the Rockets play on TV next weekend. Yes, the Rockets will be the underdogs again next week. Trinity has a good football team. As for the 52-0 slaughter in 1992, these kids werent in school yet when it occured, but I'm sure they will use it as a motivational tool. If Trinity wins, it won't be by 52 points and that score could have been a lot higher. Rockets played most of 2nd & 3rd string in the last 1 and half quarters.

There are no watered down titles. Ever last one of those champs since 1990 was a very good team. There have been 2 deserving teams each year to take home the hardware.

I always look at the location column to see where a poster is from and post count is right below the location. Location helps me understand why a person's words read like they do in their post.
