no problem' but I still dont know how to post a picture. BTW, we have a great "head" nurse here at the home!

Find a picture you want and right click it. Now, go to properties. Copy the URL address. When you have the "Reply to Thread" screen up, click the "insert image" place (the one that looks like a mountain). Paste that URL address into the space provided.

In my opinion, the easiest way is to:

1) Go to www.photobucket.com and sign up for a free account
2) Upload the image into your album
3) After uploading the picture, you should see a "thumbnail" (smaller version) of the picture at the bottom of the page.
4) Under the picture is someting that says URL, Tag and Img. In the box next to "Img" there is a string of html code (starting with "[IMG]").
5) Highlight the string of text and copy it.
6) Paste that string into a post and click submit and it should appear in the thread.
