Probably, but I dont really consider the Big East to be a major BCS conference anymore. Once Miami and VTech left, they should have lost their automatic bid. Who is the best Big East team this year? West Virginia?

I Think that they should just give their bid to Notre Dame, I mean technically Notre Dame has the easiest way to get an automatic bid. All they have to do is end in the top 12 of the BCS standings

Prepare yourself now... baring a major upset or meltdown, Texas could be #1 in the BCS this time next week. Voters payed extra attention to USC this week since Texas was off and it cost USC a lot of votes. The voters will really be watching Texas with USC being off (more so since TExas is playing on ABC at a time when all voters from coast to coast are up to watch it) and If Texas has an impressive showing against aggy, it wont take much movement in any one of the human polls for Texas to jump to #1 (Texas is already #1 in the computer polls).

this is one time that I will have no problem with the media pumping the "mystique" of dead dog field this week. It will just make it even more impressive when Texas puts Aggy in their place
