What exactly decideds where the state game will be? DIV 2
the coaches that are playing in the game decide on the location just like every other playoff game. The bad thing is that there is no Alamodome this year. It will probably be in a big venue though.

Houston, Dallas, Austin and Waco have all hosted numerous state title games in all classes. It's going to be where the opposing coaches agree to play.
