I say Plano, or Cove just for the simple fact that the other two teams have the name behind them, but i'll say that Plano goes down to Midland next week.

You cant say they are gonna go down just because they dont have the name behind them. Look to just a few years ago SLC didnt have the name behind them and now they are the most known Texas football team in the country next to permian. Lufkin has played kinda sketchy in the playoffs. I think they fall to Cove next week

Cove - After watching Lufkin get back on track I went over to Round Rock and watched the Cove/Leander game. With Lufkin/Hays fresh on my mind I tried to look at Cove objectively. They are a very disciplined team, with alot of talent. Great quarterback who looked like he was the best athlete on the team. Quick, good arm, good head on his shoulders. Nice quick defense that gave the Leander QB fits all night (Lufkin's young offensive line had better get ready). Leander played with alot of heart but was playing a team that was on a little different level that night. That said Lufkin's also on a different level and Cove seemed to be very similar to Hays but with a little better pass rush. The Lufkin/Cove matchup (assuming SG cooperates and they would love to be considered uncooperative in this case) will be a good one, but Lufkin takes over in the fourth and wins (what do you expect me to say, I'm a "panthergrad"). :D
