I think yes it is... You have an undefeated #7 Techlahoma team and an undefeated #1 Longhorn team playing a primetime game... Absolutely the biggest game ever..

Lubbock High vs. San Ang. Central was pretty darn big.

It's the biggest game for Tech ever, home or road.
It's big for the Longhorns because it will knock them out of the title game and cost Colt the Heisman.
Even if Texas wins, it's going to be huge for them because it's probably the largest hurdle for them in the Big 12.

This one could be a track meet. Probably the best Tech team ever. If they ever get a defense to match that offense,look out. My sister went to TT.
