this was a pretty good game that came down to the end,we had 2 fumbles that gave them the ball by the goalline but we were still able to pull off the win, we ended up winning 31-26, we stayed in 1 formation the whole game and just pounded the ball,but none the less great job plfugerville

Excellent Defensive stand at the end of the game.

P-ville missed an extra point and then had a 2-point conversion denied. Had they made both of those, they are kicking at the end for the win.

Consol had a couple of mistakes in their first drive or I think they'd have scored.

Passing improved this week. Myatt was 6 of 7 or 7 of 8 at one point near the end of the game.

O-Line blocked well. D Line shut down the run in the middle. The Pville running back wasn't as big a factor as I was expecting. He had a couple of big runs in the 2nd half, pretty much shut down in the first half.

The ACM secondary had a few misses, but when it counted they came up huge at the end.

Consol fumbled the ball twice in the 4th, once unforced on a handoff, the other time the ball was strippped it appeared, back looked down to me, but I was fairly far away. It should have been 45-14. We got a scare. Hopefully, we'll hold onto the ball better next game.

It's not often at this level that you lose the turnover stat but still win the game.

But, a W is a W and at least we have a next week to work on it. :)

Good job 13-5A up to COVE tomorrow night to keep it going...I was at the game and AMC you looked real good ran all over those boys :D
I was REAL impressed but it is 13-5A!!!

I want to know where are all the people that were saying Cove played in a week district go?? They seemed so sure of it!!! Good job A&M. Keep representing our WEEK District.

I am glad AMC won. I knew they could do it now Cove needs to keep it up too to keep representing our "weak" district.
AMC had me scared a little at the end when they caught that case of fumble idis. I thought they were trying to give the game away at the end but they pulled through.
Good teams find a way to win when they make mistakes and that is what AMC did in the 4th quarter. They held strong and bent only a bit and came out on top.

Cove will have a battle on their hands tonight with Leander but i think we can beat them.

The coaches from Pflugerville deserve kudos...they prepared their team very well, but when it was all over, they showed true sportsmanship and class congratulating the A&M Consol football team.

This was a good quality win by ACM. No doubt, the better team last night won. A&M earned every score going down field, and P'ville could not stop anything."P" on the other hand scored on short field turnovers and only occasionally moved the ball. Their RBs got next to nothing. Good luck to ACM in their next outing.

i thought the game was in the bag at the start of the fourth. we were up by 17 i think. but they mad a game of it and i thought we might get beat there at the end. good job both teams.

KBTX messed that one up. The game will not be on Friday, Its Saturday. The A&M Texas game is Friday and Slaughter does not want to compete with that.

I just wanted to say congratulations to A&M Con and good luck y'all took it to us and your D-Line was the best we've seen, they really shut down our inside running game. It's definitely the best D-Line we've played all year
