So i just got home from the postgame celebration. And well...this game needed a thread of it's own. Madison advances to the next round of playoffs...after the last second TD catch by Devin Brown(Murph-durph).

Congratulations to all the Madison boys(cause i know ya'll read this)...and good game to the Clark boys(minus their LB that wanted to talk crap about madison before the game)

Madison has to quit looking ahead and stay focused on each game as they come. I'm glad they showed the heart to stay in this game and pull out a W.

that was a great game last night....i went and watched it and saw a very piosed madison team comeback and win against a good clark team....god job....hopfully we can seal the sweep today

and who's to say they are looking ahead?

there has been no talk of going to state or going to regional finals...The team is very focused and have proven so thus far.

Madison has finally got a team with heart. Congratulations on the win. You are representing 26-5A well and should win next week, too. Even though it makes it harder for Judson to beat you, I'm glad you guys don't give up like you used to do.

there has been no talk of going to state or going to regional finals...The team is very focused and have proven so thus far.

If their defense does`nt get it together,you wont have to worry about the future.Clark was like a hot knife through butter,against the Mavs "D".Scoreboard though,you pulled it out,and thats what matters.Congrats,on an awsome comeback! ;)

They were looking ahead. I spoke with a parent of a starter and if they don't focus on PSJA they will be in for a long night just like against Clark.

very true.

The D didn't show up during the first half,but you cant say they didnt make the difference in the second half.

like i said before the game madison isn't known to be a comeback team,but they are slowly changing that one.

i'm interested in who's parent you spoke to....but in any way that parent isn't and shouldn't be speaking on behalf of the team.

wtf are you talkin about? there is always talk of state by a team. thats why you play the game. to WIN. i will say this though its not like we go out and say we are gonna win just because its this team or that team, no that doesnt happen but yes we do talk about that state game every single day. so know what you saying is true before you post it please :cool:

we are not known to be a comeback team? we have only tried 1 time this year in distict play and that was againts an outstanding sv defense. so to say we are not a comeback team shouldnt be said because we havent had enough chances to show that we are or not.

Not looking ahead, but if both SV and Madison win it would setup a showdown between both of them. I would have t go with SV they seem to be on playoff roll, but it should be a great game.

thank you..youre right it should be good...but im glad you picked us. every little bit of positive thinking helps...its what keeps us standing. we can't be worrying about what happened...we need to press on and decide how to nip it in the bud for whats next.

i dont have the exact qoute but he said that all he saw from Madison was that we had a good QB and RB,and once they shut them down it would be an easy win. then he went on to say that Tony wasn't any better than any other RB he's played and compared him to the Jay rb's.

i'm not saying we arent a good comeback team based on this year alone...

okay,obviously you arent getting this.

yes you guys are looking ahead to the state game...i got that. But you prepare for the next game before you prepare for the state game.
