jd and chase clement are at it again. they are resetting recrds with every td. and against the non-existant defenses in the c-usa, they may put the records out of reach(jd holds the individual record too). oh yeah, rice up 7-0.

you probably won't get the opportunity very often, but if you haven't had the chance to enjoy rice's james casey, you have missed out. he's a 24 yr old soph wide receiver/rb/te/qb/punt returner/lb/safety. seriously, he has played all those positions this year. he is a sunday player, no doubt.

hate to be redundant, but jd just caught his 3rd td for the day.

He needed it. I caught the end of the game after Tech-A&M and it took a Rice guy holding onto the ball on an onside kick when he got flipped to preserve the 45-40 win. I looked for your name on the banners around the stadium, but alas no dragonsdaddy!:D

There was over 1100 yards offense in that game. DeAndre Brown looked good for Southern Miss. I still can't believe a 6'6" 5-star guy went to USM!:eek:

They just might make bowl #8 this year:

james casey is also quite a stud(he is the smartest football player i have ever seen. he makes the correct play and at a high level at every opportunity). that 85 points is probably below average for rice games, as is the 1100 yds. the c-usa is not quite sure what the term defense means.
