Georgetown - Westwood

Georgetown wins this one 31-24, but it was one ugly game. At least 12 holding penalties called by the referee on Georgetown, a roughing the passer call against WW that sent coach Wood into a tizzy that should have gotten him kicked out of the game.

That, along with the Georgetown-Cedar Park game has to be the worst officiated game I have ever witnessed in person.

Game-wise, the Eagles came out extremely flat after last week's incredible effort against SP and it almost cost them. Luckily, this week they were a second half team. WW's offense has always worried me because they run and pass equally well.

Mmmm I think tonight was just a bad night for all the...um how do i say this nicely.... better teams in 16-5a
Georgeotwn barley pulled it off againt Westwood...not a good look.
But damn Stony Point was havin a hella time wit McNeil maybe we just underestimate all the teams that get dominated regularly and over estimate the "powerhouses" of our district....
Id have to disagree tho i think the worst officated game was last week Georgetown at SP that was freakin boo boo

Good game SP! Martin is a very shifty runner. Mavs payed tough, but offensive mistakes hurt again. Overall very pleased with defensive effort, but our young qb is snakebit when it comes to costly turnovers. That interception in our territory when it was 17-14 hurt almost as much as the pass interference called on us in the end zone. SP's front defensive four are tough. Mavs had their chances. Final 24-14.

Dude not gonna lie yall played freakin hard and i wasnt expecting what yalls defense did. Sorry about losing homecoming thats so lame it happens tho... Yall also have a pretty nice lil offense, that game was good, but stressful
