esp if TGO wants to talk about "bob owning mack"

OU 40

and 5 ties. That's the Red River Shootout all time. Owho?

I always laugh at that statistic. It just melts away any anguish about that 5 game losing streak we had against them...oh, and it seems so long ago now.

Before almost every RRS, the broadcast channel puts up a graphic that states Texas is the only Big XII team with a series lead over OU. In fact, when I looked later at the teams Texas has played often, I noticed that UT has an all time series lead on EVERYONE.

But none is more sweet than this.

I'll have to console myself with National Championship victories, Conference Championship, All-Americans, and Heisman winners. Poor me.

And national championship loses..... We will take our National Titles with a smile, while being one of the winninest programs of all time.. The fact that weve owned everyone weve played for 100 years. Theres plenty of All Americans from UT as well and we have our Heisman winners... Hell lets throw in our 1st round draft picks and starting Horns on NFL rosters and our Super Bowl winning players as well as Horn NFL Hall of Famers.. Not to mention a total of 27 national championships from all combined sports..

But dont get me wrong I'm very proud of UT Norman for without the great THS football players there wouldnt be any hope for the fightn zero's.. God knows if they only had the scrubs form mobilehoma to choose from UNT would be whippin em...

my god i was watching the Mizzou-Oklahoma State game and the announcer said there was around 60 guys from Texas on the OS roster :eek:

or was it 16? sure sounded like 60 :D
