Keller 56 Grapevine 7

I am really surprised by the season so far for these two teams. Nothing said Keller should play as well as they have and I never saw anyone saying Grapevine would play as poorly. Most of those offering 5-5A forecasts thought Grapevine would be one of the playoff teams. Last night, Keller scored 49 in the first half .... incredible. Does anyone have possible reasons why the season has played out this way for these two teams .... I am just curious?

from what i understand keller returned 15 starters, I watched keller play trinity and they gave em on hell fo a game. keller is strong this year with a junior QB that throws the ball really well and a senior RB thats tearing it up to. keller in my humble opinion is right up there with CHS and trinity and has a chance to go sev rounds deep in the playoffs. As far as grapevine goes im just not sure but my guess is having a small enrollment has hurt them being ina district with so many large 5a schools
