Not surprised. I stated, a week or so ago, that Kansas would likely end up (at best) 7-5 or 6-6 on the season... if not worse. That average (at best) schedule from last year was upgraded by the likes of Texas, OU and Texas Tech, this year. Plus, they still have Mizzou and at Nebraska.. as well as Colorado and K-State at home. If they lose to ISU, you could concieve the thought that they could lose every game from this point on.
Kansas losing this game more than Iowa State is winning it. 3 turnovers thus far which has given Iowa State unbelievable field position.
ISU has started their offense on the Kansas side of the field fives times so far and their longest scoring drive started on their own 45... not exactly a long field. The score is pretty ugly but Kansas been practically handing them points on a silver platter.
If Kansas loses this game I could only fathom at MOST two more wins this entire season for them. They still have at Oklahoma, home against Tech, home against Texas, at Missouri, at Nebraska, home against Kansas State, and home against Colorado. They could lose every single game the rest of the season but I would pencil them in for one or two victories against Nebraska, K. State, and Colorado.

20-0 at the half.
this has been the best game so far today, IMO.
Does ISU have the moxy to follow through in the second half?
Does Reesing sieze the opportunity to embolden his savior status at KU?
