Everytime someone posts something about a potential matchup someone says something like, "Don't look ahead," or, "One game at a time." Fans do not play the games and therefore should not be held to these same standards. Fans should be able to look as far ahead as they want without suffering any consequence. When discussing a location for a potential playoff game or when planning a trip it is perfectly fine for a fan to look ahead.
