Since Kyler Hill has taken over for Vaughn atr QB he has averaged 242 yds per game and 2 TD per game, not too metion a stingy Defense that is now healthy and the 2-5 A leading scoring machine in RB Brittan. Midland got Amarillo early in Hill's second game. All of the jitters are gone. Amarillo 35 Midland 24 Blow Sandies Blow!

Midland by 14. Their defense has gotten better as well since they played you guys earlier. And their offense has gotten better since their QB starting playing like he is capable of. Good luck to both of you. BTW, I will be at the game to watch what I hope is a good game.

Midland but it'll be close. Amarillo has a good team, though, I'll have to admit.

I call it a blowout. Both teams are better now, but Midland's competition will be them blow the doors off of Amarillo. I really like both teams, so the winner doesn't matter to me.

Midland will win it behind one of the most underrated runningbacks in Texas in Baron Batch

I know Amarillos QB is pretty good but I doubt their passing game is better than North Crowley and we shut them down and our run defense is very good. The last several games we have played the teams all said they would shut down our running back (Baron Batch) and they put 8 or more in the box and he still had over 100 yards against all of them. He will have at least 1 over 50 yard run to score and maybe more. No upset this week unless of course you are a sandies fan ;)

Scooter, didn't you pick NC over Midland also? So this may be a good thing for Midland. :D

i may have missed the preseason picks and ratings that had these teams being as successful as they have been. personally, i'd prefer to over-acheive every year.

Bobcats played them both this season. Midland wins again, but maybe not as easily as the did in non-district back in September.
