In no particular order...

Vince Young - QB - Texas
Matt Leinart - QB - USC
Reggie Bush - RB - USC
Brady Quinn - QB - Notre Dame
Elvis Dumervil - DE - Louisville

Dumervil is obviously my controversial pick, but I love seeing defensive players getting love and I don't think any are more deserving than Dumerville. Going into this week, he leads the nation in sacks with 20. He leads the nation in forced fumbles with 9. He leads the nation in tackles for loss with 21.5. He also has an INT to go along with his 51 tackles. He is the best defensive player in the nation IMHO.

In my first season of NCAA 2005 for the PS2, I had a linebacker win the heisman...he did have 76 sacks, but still...it was pretty awesome!

I think A.J. Hawk could also be considered as a Heisman finalist. 102 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, 2 interceptions
