I'm not saying you are, but if your basing your vote for the President of the United States on a pin, you probibly shouldn't have a vote.
Oil, war, and the economy. I think a pin is the least of my concerns.

Vote McCain - He's down with current fashion.

I think 5 + years in a Hanoi prison serving your country gives you a pass on wearing the pin. Did Obama serve his country? No? He was to busy snorting coke and hanging out with known terrorist.

He isn't old enough to have a vote. So in essence his opinion really has no output...unless you count hot air as being productive.

Really?
So when Barack Obama was on 60 minutes on Sunday (video) (http://60minutes.yahoo.com/segment/39/barack_obama) and Steve Kroft says “You inhaled [marijuana].” Mr. Obama simply says “I did.” He also admits to cocaine use and that he thought about using heroine.
I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though… (Barack Obama, “Dreams From My Father,” page 93, paperback edition.
So are you saying he never hung out with William Ayers?
Both Obama and Ayers were members of the board of an anti-poverty group, the Woods Fund of Chicago, between 1999 and 2002. In addition, Ayers contributed $200 to Obama's re-election fund to the Illinois State Senate in April 2001. They lived within a few blocks of each other in the trendy Hyde Park section of Chicago, and moved in the same liberal-progressive circles.
Ayers was clearly more than someone Obama just ran into in the neighborhood on occasion. In the mid-1990s, when Obama was making his first run for the Illinois Senate, Ayers had Obama to his home to introduce him to others.

I think Bush's statement regarding his substance abuse was great. He stated that he had done many thing in his past he was ashamed of and had not touched any since, some date that I think was 1992, but could be wroing on that.
What I do not beileve I am wrong on is that, it was a good point and good statement regarding this issue. I would agree that Obama's statement was also a good honest hanswer.
This is a non-factor in my opinion, and personally WAY down the list compared to cheating on your wife.
I bolded a portion of you post above that just sounds funny to me.
