Bryan's second game of the season was a Thursday night game against Leander. The following Friday game against RR McNeil was cancelled and then they had an off week. On Friday night it will have been 22 days since they played a game. In know other schools are facing similar situations - or worse. What is the impact of such a long delay on a team?

conditioning, timing are two obvious things that come to mind. If they haven't been able to work out as a team it will show. I would expect Coaches to stay simple as well if there hasn't been practice.

If both teams are effected the same, no excuses but if your opponent was not effected and you were, then it will have a negative effect.

I don't know how it affects the teams, but it sure makes the fans cranky.

Backer, what was the story behind yall not playing RR McNeil? I know McNeil wanted to play. Was your field damaged during the hurricane?
