Clemens, Seguin, and San Marcos took the gas vs. 26-5. Can 27-5 do any better?

These will be allot better match-ups then with 25-5A, I still will have to go with 26-5a in all games.

Give me a damn break! OC has a good team but they are young and CJ is starting to line up and smash people in the mouth like they used to. Also, OC has not played a defense anywhere near as good as Judson's yet.
JJ has a pretty good team and Clark is decent but if Madison and SV played like they did last night and today, they don't stand a chance!

I'd rather be where Madison is than where SV is. That Jay team got rolling a few weeks ago and may not have peaked yet. Of course, at this point anything can happen.

Excellent observation, clemensbuff. JJ is the tough team with an explosive offense. O'Connor is scary because they are a young team compared to last year's playoff team. They have the potential to be very good at times, but as you said they haven't played against a defense like Judson's. I don't believe last year's high scoring gme will occur this time around. Clark: a pretender.

26-5A has to be the favorites this week again with all their tradition and playoff experience, but I think they will get a better fight from 27-5A than they did from 25-5A. I think Clark might suprise Madison with their ground game, but Clark will need something extra to win like 2+ turnovers or a special teams or defensive score. I still think Madison is better, but Clark is not a pretender in my book.
Jay might have a legitimate shot at Smithson Valley, but they will have to bring their "A" game like they did against O'Connor and play mistake free. I don't see O'Connor beating Judson, but I said the same thing last year and they almost did. I guess what I'm saying is 26-5A teams are definitely the favorites, but I wouldn't be suprised to see an upset this weekend especially from Clark or Jay.

Judson will beat O'Connor by more than last year.
Madison will beat Clark by at least 10.
Jay is the best of 27, but the SV playoff experience will pull them through.

The only difference is that 27 got bye games last week that our 25 teams would have also won and now they will face the dreaded gauntlet! I'm not saying that one of the 27s might not pull off a win, but it would be considered a big upset. JJ is a very good team, and cream of 27 crop, but they have not been smacked in the face like SV's D will do to them. If they can play error free football, they stand a chance. But against SV, error free is pretty damn hard to do, if not impossible.
