All you 4-3 guys out there, can you help with with who you put on QB and Pitch in Cover 2 and Cover 3?

To catch the o-line and QB off guard. Call stunt and have defensive end take pitch which will open up a hole for the linebacker to knife through and take QB. Usually results in the QB getting owned before he even gets a chance to read the field.
