Just got back from the game......dude, it wasn't pretty. I don't know what Pearland was doing, but they didn't look like themselves. NS was totally - in every meaning of the word - DOMINANT!!!!!! There was no competition, at all! NS looked like a Championship team, that's for sure.

Westfield's gonna have their hands full next week....and I'll be there in attendance!! It's gonna be a good one!

Back to the game...Whitaker had a few - and I mean few - breakout runs, but Pearland just was out-gunned. But P-Land never gave up, and they gave it their all...and that's something to be proud of.

NS is/was the better team, period!!!!!!!

Where do you guys think the NS vs Westfield game will held??!! I know it can't be at Rice stadium - at least not on Saturday. 'Cus Rice has a home game next Saturday @ 2:00pm. Maybe they can have it @ Rice stadium Friday night?! (Maybe Saturday night, but I doubt it!)

They were able to complete a couple nice passes but that was about it. Whittaker had 1 good run, but was caught from behind.

Yeah it should be interesting to hear what Pearland1,DT54, and Jboiler06 have to say. I knew the oil was runnign try once we jumped up 21-0. Though you have to give them a little credit they did find some offense from someone other than Fozzy. Unfortunately that overrated defense of our's made him a non factor. One down now its time to ge tsome payback on those other Mustangs.

I watched him quite a bit...and he did bring it! It's just a 6'4 320 lb o-lineman stood in his way of glory!! #54 was tired, after the 1st quarter, just having to push through that big body....of which he had a few plays he blew up in the backfield.

As I said to him..."Size does matter!" Big boy wore him down...and out!

Congrats Shore....better team won. I was worried that we would not have enough fire power and we didn't. I'm not going to eat crow because I voiced my concerns from the beginning and did not trash talk. Prefer for that to be done on the field. Good luck with Westfield, it should be a great game and I'll be there. That stadium is still awesome.

i usually dont consider myself to small at 6 ft 160 but tonite on the field after the game ithink north shore may of had three players smaller than me and they all were atheletes.

pearland is a class program.. it was a relatively clean game...you guys didnt quit.. you guys played hard, and gave everything u had ... some things didnt go your way... but NS was just the better team tonight, you guys have my respect. :eek:
