You have the principals right. But not quite the situation.

Can't really think of a situation where JLane would make a diving tackle :D, let alone on a player that will never be on the field at the same time as him.

Unless he tackles McCoy while he is standing on the sideline.

Saw this last year at the Benjamin Knox gallery and pointed it out to my kid.

they all appear to be photoshopped, so i'd assume this was too.

never any question about that. just wondering what the artist/graphic designer was thinking or thinking with.

Wasn't Michael Bennett wearing number 11 in that game? He plays DE, and I'm pretty sure he's the one that cheapshotted McCoy.

I think it's referencing that hit.

The picture looks like it's Jorvorskie.

I agree, that does appear to have a killer-whale look to it.

That is Michael Bennet (brother of Martellus) in the picture tackling mccoy. There are two number elevens (Lane-offense, Bennett-defense). In 2006, his sack was the one that ultimately put McCoy out of the game. It was a very hard hit and it was completely clean. The "cheap shot" came before that. It was number 91 Kellen Heard who earholed McCoy after LB Mark Dodge had picked off a pass and was running down the field with the ball. Heard was trying to block for the INT return. I wasn't there so I dont know....but depending on when Mark Dodge was down, Heard's block might not have been illegal. The main reason why people think it was a dirty hit was because ABC kept re-playing Colt McCoy slowly jogging to the sideline while un-snapping his chinstrap when Heard earholed him. But if the whistle hadn't been blown and Dodge was still on his feet with the ball, Heard was completely in his right to block McCoy. It would have just been a case of McCoy being stupid and not realizing the whistle hadn't been blown yet.

Yeah, two no. 11's. Can't these boys select a different jersey number? Confusing.

Bennett's hit was clean. Heard's hit was not. Bennett was also #11. Therefore, this thread is moot.

Let's see:

1. The A&M line opened a hole for Goodson.
2. McGee was actually playing.

That love scene between Japorky and Cart seems about right!:p

Teams have over 100 players on the roster. You can't avoid repeats.

Except the #11 on Colt looks more like Lane than Bennett
