Clear Creek over Deer Park (12 point dogs)

Why because the sophmore QB stopped making mistakes and 3 (D1 Prospects)receivers that can flat out fly. Oh....starting running back missed 1st half of season and didn't play against Deer Park the 1st time because of injury. They were also missing 2 starting lineman in 1st matchup. Different team than when they first met.

Every dog has its day and this just might be it. It could happen but the odds are tall thats for sure. I'll cheer them on just the same and look forward to a great game.

I agree that the chance is there, but to me it will have to be more of a Northshore beating themselves kind of deal. I just don't think Pearland has enough fire power to hang with Northshore.

Definitely Klein Forest over Copperas Cove. Forest has more even more speed than Cove.

I can see Lee and that's a close game.
Pflugerville can do it at home.
I guess Ryan, but I doubt it.
I didn't know DeSoto was that much of a threat.
I sure didn't think Cove would lose.

There's a song called, "The Girls All Get Prettier At Closing Time." My mantra in SA was that they all get uglier at Bexar County Line! The only honeys in SA live on the north side of town and up in SV and maybe some over in Clemens. I can't stand those fat pigs in SA. That goes for the guys who don't care about themselves, either. It's just a lazy, don't care atmosphere. I get mad thinking about the fact that the people in Wichita Falls look better than SA, which is much larger.

Dand ktchamp97, ur good u beat me to it. Midland Lee over Summit, and Desoto over Plano have strong potential. Midland Lee was able to learn after a tough nondistrict schedule theat some would not be able to rebound from. As for Desoto, here's the thing I learned from when Trinity played Duncanville last year. As my bro reminded me the 7-5a teams always have talent, its just whether or not they chose to turn it on.

As a Plano fan, I'll admit DeSoto is a threat. Plano hasn't exhibited the total domination lately they did early in the year. Tonight's game will tell a lot about how far they'll go.

I really think that South Garland can upset Longview. I've looked at the stats and some film and South's defences built exactly to stop offenses like Longview's. Now, South has seen some teams like Longview already this season (Garland, Rowlett and North Garland) none of them as good as Longview but they played them very well, just the offence didn't come through for South when they needed them to and turned the ball over way to many times in the Garland and Rowlett games. South needs to control the ball and put points up on the board. I think it can happen but I don't think it will.
Here are some other upsets that I think could happen:
Desoto over Plano
Garland over John Tyler (The line in this game is JT by 1)
Klein Forest over C. Cove

you'd think according the analysis of this website, that the AMC win over TWH would be an upset. I guess 6 point dogs that win arent really upsets. But it sure felt good especially after a late season collapse last year and missing the fun entirely.

It was certainly an upset. Great win, by the way. I didn't see that one coming at all, which is why I didn't pick that one as a potential upset...I was way off. Good luck against the silent P's.

That's what I hear. It sounded like Plano was going out of their way to prove they could throw the ball and it could've cost them the game. Why not stick with what got you to 10-0?

That makes sense too. I thought, going in, Desoto's athleticism could give Plano fits. It was just going to depend on which Desoto team showed up. They've always seemed to have a bit of Jekyll and Hyde about them.

Well...when Plano runs the same pass play for 10 games, i think even little league will learn how to stop it. That well is dry.
They did stop Jordan, but he was getting more room in the fourth quarter.
